And like most of us said there was a glue like consistency and it tastes odd. Made it again but boiled pasta first, was very good. It's the starch of the pasta that ruined it the first time. Loved the flavor, but will probably use less cheese from now on when making this. The best mac and cheese ever! I think what may have gone wrong for some is they may not have stirred enough to combine. After it was done cooking, I started stirring, and it was lumpy and runny but after stirring well to combine thoroughly, it was nice and creamy delicious!
